The following amenities will be included with the rental of our Reception Barn:
  • Access to Reception Barn and all grounds from 10:00 AM to midnight the day of your event
  • Access to Bridal Suite for the duration of event day
  • Chandelier with dimming ability for romantic receptions
  • Use of outdoor patio on exterior of Reception Barn providing scenic view of property
  • Rustic cocktail barrels on outdoor patio
  • Dining reception area with buffet service tables
  • Close proximity parking
  • Both barns fully handicap accessible including bathrooms
  • Large dining, bar, dancing, and musical area within Reception Barn for post-dinner activities
  • Use of coat room
  • Fire pit with outdoor seating
  • Use of all AV equipment, including HD projector & screen, integrated HD sound system, two 55” HD TVs, two wireless microphones, and USB wall outlets
  • Large vintage chandeliers, wall sconces, and bar lighting --- all interior lighting is dimmable for a romantic setting
  • Decorations, including whiskey barrels, archway, milk jugs, wood place settings, and much more
  • Large kitchen with a significant amount of counter space and drive-up entrance
  • All standard utilities such as electricity, heat, air conditioning
  • Full staffing for your event, including bartender and restroom/venue cleaning and upkeep service
