Peak Season Weddings (May 1 – October 31)

Monday – Thursday Reception:  $3,700

Friday Reception:  $6,900

Saturday Reception:  $7,400

Sunday Reception:  $4,700



Off-Season Weddings (November 1 – April 30)

Monday – Thursday Reception:  $3,500

Friday Reception:  $5,200

Saturday Reception:  $6,100

Sunday Reception:  $4,200



Holiday Weddings

Weddings on the following holiday dates will be charged a $7,800 rental fee*:

New Year's Holiday
Memorial Day Weekend
July 4th Holiday
    Labor Day Weekend
    Thanksgiving Weekend
    Christmas Holiday

Ceremony Barn & Outdoor Area Pricing

There will be a $650 fee for the ceremony and this provides access to both the ceremony barn and outdoor ceremony area.  A rehearsal of up to one hour at an agreed upon time is included in this fee.


Included Amenities

  • TABLES:  Use of all of The Fields Reserve's tables including 72-inch round, 60-inch half round, and 8-foot rectangular (including four beautiful rustic tables for head table use). 
  • CHAIRS:  Use of our beautiful white-washed Chiavari chairs for up to 300-person capacity.
  • SETUP/TAKEDOWN:  Full setup (pre-event) and takedown (post-event) of all tables and chairs by The Fields Reserve staff.
  • DECOR:  Use of all The Fields Reserve decor, including whiskey barrels, milk jugs, wood round settings, vases, lanterns, wood pallets, signage, easels, and much more (pictures of our current decor can be seen at https://www.fieldsreserve.com/decorations).
  • GROUNDS:  full access to our private 20-acre property featuring rolling hills, mature trees, and golden fields.  A variety of amazing on-site locations for your wedding day photos.  
  • RECEPTION BARN:  full access to our upscale and hand-crafted Reception Barn from noon until midnight on your event day.  This unique venue combines exposed wood trusses, hand-milled spruce walls, and beautiful vintage chandeliers.  
  • BRIDAL SUITES:  full access to BOTH Bridal Suites (assuming ceremony rental) for the duration of your event.  Two private and elegant spaces for your group to relax and prepare.  
  • PATIO:  Use of outdoor patio on exterior of Reception Barn providing scenic view of property.
  • PARKING:  Close proximity, asphalt parking for up to 110 vehicles.
  • UPSCALE RESTROOMS:  Indoor, fully handicap-accessible restrooms.
  • COAT ROOM:  Use of coat rooms in both ceremony and reception barn.
  • FIRE PIT:  Fire pit with outdoor seating for up to eight people is provided.  Our staff will start the fire on event day and free additional firewood is provided.
  • TECHNOLOGY:  Use of all AV equipment, including HD projector & screen, integrated HD sound system, two wireless microphones, and USB wall outlets.
  • KITCHEN:  Large kitchen with a significant amount of counter space and drive-up entrance, refrigerator, sink, and washer and dryer are available.  
  • UTILITIES:  All standard utilities such as electricity, heat, air conditioning.
  • STAFFING:  Full staffing for your event, including bartender and restroom/venue cleaning and upkeep service, as well as snowplowing service should it be required.
